Scrapbook pages

Ok, I have been a very bad blogger. I really have been creating but have not been uploading much lately. Sorry about that.

One of the projects I was working on was a scrapbook for one of my friends. Her husband had commissioned me to make it up and gave me the pictures and that was it. No guidance or direction. It wouldn't have been too bad except that the pictures were of their 18 month old IDENTICAL twins. I should be used to this challenge, but if my pictures are not marked I sometimes have a difficult time telling my own girls apart. My solution was to just put the pictures on the pages and I supplied them with Stampin' Write(r) markers for journaling.

I didn't think of taking pictures of the pages before adding photos....doh! I did make extra pages for the book so those are the ones I am showing here as well as the title page. Since the pictures are not mine, nor are the children I don't feel it is appropriate for me to post them here.

Title Page. Not knowing who was who in the pictures I asked her husband to add the pictures and birth info.

I used Jersey Shore DSP, Crew Kids Simply Scrappin' Kit and Special Delivery Boy Simply Scrappin' Kit by Stampin' Up!(r) to complete most of the pages. I also used the Cricut Design Studio and Cricut Expressions machine to add titles.

  1. The scrapbook turned out awesome, Kimme. Very boyish and not too busy to take away from the photos. I'm sure your friends loved it! Glad we got to see a bit of it.
